At least one authorized user must be in a position to legally bind the Covered Business Entity. The business owner must be listed here if he/she wishes to use plan benefits.

I understand that the written contract sets forth the terms of my membership, including any exclusions or limitations, and agree to be bound by the same.

I further understand that the company will send the copy of Membership Application and my Membership number with website login information to me by e-mail within the next Five business days. If I have not received my copy of Application within that time frame, I understand that it is my responsibility to call the customer service department at 1-626-586-1130 to obtain a copy.

The written contract, together with this application, constitutes the entire agreement between the company and the member with respect to the membership, and there are no agreements, understandings, warranties or representations otherthan as set forth herein and in the membership contract.

AAA LEGAL Members’ benefits and services are available after a waiting period of at least 15 days from the date of enrollment . (the members who register from 1st to 15th of each month can use the membership services from 1st day of the next month, and the customers who register from 16th to the last day of the each month to can use the membership services from 16th of the next month).

AAA LEGAL ‘s missions are designed to keep our clients informed and educated in order to avoid potential disputes and lawsuits. Our personal, family, and business plan members' benefits and services do not cover the cases or conflicts that occurred prior to AAA LEGAL membership enrollment.

AAA LEGAL Members can use the Lawyer fee discount benefits (Lawyers who have a contract with AAA LEGAL) if he or she has consulted with AAA LEGAL Staff and has been referred as a client of a Lawyer. However, if a member cancels their AAA LEGAL’s legal protection plan, as per the policy to protect the arrangement between AAA LEGAL and Lawyers, AAA LEGAL is required to inform the Lawyer, and the Lawyer has the right to no longer provide the discount rate to customers, and the lawyer's fee may return to regular hourly rates.

Cancellation should be 30 days before by signed AAA LEGAL CancellationForm. And the Form must send back to CS@aaalegal.com
